Green cheer on St. Patty's Day!
I love frosting cupcakes. There are so many pretty ways to frost a cupcake using the various tips available in the market. Simple cupcake frosting techniques are one of the first things they teach at a Course 1 Wilton's class. Rosette cupcakes are one of my favorites. If piped well, they look gorgeous. But the challenge lies in making sure the frosting in the bag doesn't soften too much from the warmth of your hand while piping. That can lead to some gooey designs.

Frozen!
Frozen Themed Cake for Lekha's 5th birthday!
I took Wilton's Course 1- Building Buttercream Skills at a Michael's store.
The 4-part course ended just a couple of days before my daughter's 5th birthday and I was able to create a "Frozen" cake for her which she absolutely loved.
I got the Frozen cake topper at Amazon and it was very easy to store and transfer it on to the cake.

I like to paint flower pots to give them a personal touch. It is nice to see pretty flowers dancing in them.
